I love making fitness totally accessible no matter the weather. I love the sunshine as much as anyone else (just kidding, I love it SO MUCH MORE than everyone else!) but not every day in the Midwest is workout-friendly! And when your alarm clock is set to 5 am, it’s really easy to find any excuse NOT to get your morning workout in.
Here’s a plan. Print this week’s freebie, keep it next to your treadmill, and if something messes up your morning plans, get this baby out.

Couldn’t you just run on a treadmill?
Yeah. You could. But it would feel a lot like running on a treadmill!
(And that sounds boring!)
But it’s not. You’re welcome to run all you want, but I’m not going to suggest sustained cardio output for a whole half hour. You’ve got to break it up a bit. Keep your body guessing. Keep those muscles recovering.
