S'MORES RICE CAKES
INGREDIENTS
4 rice cakes
8 tbsp marshmallow fluff
8 tbsp chocolate chips (I prefer dark chocolate)
1/4 tsp coconut oil
Sea salt flakes
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave safe container, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and stir together until smooth
Spread 2 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff over each rice cake and then spoon on chocolate mixture and spread to cover. Top with flaked sea salt
Let race cakes harden in the fridge for at least an hour so that the chocolate hardens (you can make these ahead of time and keep them stored in the fridge or freezer)
