Macro-friendly Fast Food Meal Options

Sometimes the road to wellness is touted as a lonely one. But do you ever wish it was, like, MORE lonely?
Some roadblocks I hear frequently include:
I can make healthy food just fine, but it has to be family friendly.
I can cut back on a lot of things, but don’t take my coffee dates!
I can make it through the week, but don’t take my girl’s night out!
I can meal prep and all, but what about when all of my coworkers go out to lunch?
To which I say, check out:
Life is just better with people we love but it can be so hard to feel like our healthy choices are inconvenient for others. I’m all about fitting health into the life you love, and, although sometimes it sounds tempting, I don’t think you want to stay home alone every single day.
Next time you’re out in a group, go ahead and help yourself to fast food that fits your macros. You don’t have to avoid going out so you can stay back and eat your meal-prepped lunch.
Seriously! And you don’t even have to only eat salad!
