My Guide for Winning Each Day

Hey, girl! I’m so glad you’re here! For this frequently asked question and answer sesh!

One question I get all the time from followers on social is “How do you motivate yourself to workout/eat healthy/meal prep all the time?”

My answer: I stack my habits so they become part of my daily routine rather than a choice that I have to debate.

When we have habits, our decisions become second nature and just something we do. And when we stack those healthy habits, we get to our goals a little bit each day.

So you wanna know how to win your day?

Well, Sis, you came to the right spot. I’m here to share all the things you need to be successful with your daily routine. Life is unpredictable and I realize that not every day looks the exact same, but I’ve created tips that work for me that you can adapt and implement to your own life.

  1. move my body

My favorite way to start my day is with a sweat sesh. I’ve been leading our 6AM morning lives for several years now, and I absolutely love to get that out of the way! When I get a workout completed first thing in the morning, my thoughts are more clear, I’m high on those exercise endorphins, and I am WAY more productive during the day. Being the one to lead the FB Lives requires me to wake up at the same time every day, get my preworkout drink in, listen to my pump-up jams as I set up my equipment, and kick my daily routine into high gear.

2. listen in for some business inspo

Another daily necessity for me is listening to an inspirational podcast. The most common time I like to listen to a podcast is when I’m on a quick walk or running errands in my car. The one I’ve been super into lately is The EmpowerHer Podcast by from my Iowa friend Janene King at Empower Her Co. This organization is passionate about supporting women-owned small businesses by teaching boss babes how ways to grow their companies. The podcast brings stories from female entrepreneurs and everyday women as they share their wins, hardships, lessons, inspiration, and encouragement. Each episode has been incredible, and I can’t wait for what the future has in store for these women!

These are just a couple of the “win-the-day” habits I’ve stacked into my morning.
