Join our Sisterhood + Monthly Meal Planning
Happy December, SIS!
In this season of gratitude, joy, and giving, I wanted to say I’m so grateful for this sisterhood we have. I’m thankful to live my dream of helping others through my fitness career. But even more so, I’m grateful for what we have together. If I didn’t have this community through the Sweat Inspire Sisterhood, I would definitely seek out something similar… if there was something!
We’re unique because I feel like I’m working out with my besties and swapping favorite recipes. It feels so special and close-knit. At the same time we have a database of THOUSANDS of workout videos and we still meet live every day. We have hundreds of recipes to choose from and weekly meal plans with even more.
This reminds me of when the small Iowa towns back home get something really cool like a new coffee shop or brewery. The marketing is always something like “Big city taste in a small town.” I think we’re kind of like that, you know? We have all of the perks of a big fitness app but it feels like hanging out with our small-town friends. Definitely the best of both worlds.
This December, my gift to you is a 30-day free trial (instead of the usual 7) to the Sweat Inspire Sisterhood. There’s no better way to invite women in than to offer a try of this special thing we have.
To try on your gift, click here for the VIP Monthly Membership. It looks like a normal membership checkout page, but you’ll notice I automatically added a coupon code for a 100% discount.
Then… You’re in!
Also launching this December is the 21-Day Jumpstart. We’re focusing on 21 minutes of movement for the last 21 days of the year. Complete the challenge and get entered to win cash prizes! SIS members already have access, but non-members can join for a little 21-day snippet and still have access to the whole community.
The Sweat Inspire Sisterhood seems to be known by the “Sweat” (a.k.a. workouts). But if I didn’t have SIS I know the first thing I’d miss is the meal plans! Members get weekly meal plans that are only a suggestion of healthy recipe ideas. Everyone has different nutrition needs and picky people to feed, so they will probably need some some tweakin’.
This week I’m sharing my printable meal planner AND I’m taking you through how I make these meal plans in a video. There will be lots of links to SIS recipes, so I highly recommend signing up for your free trial first!
