I’m from a small town in Iowa, so girl, you KNOW I’ve been to the Iowa State Fair! There’s so much to see from the butter cow to deep-fried butter.
I’m not kidding. The Iowa State Fair is known for all of the food you can order on a stick, from butter (seriously), to Snickers, to classics like corn dogs and cheese curds. It touts over 200 food stands serving over 50 items on a stick!
You’ll get plenty of movement in around the fair, water park, and theme park this summer (checking off your summer bucket list?), but staying on track with macros can be a bit more of a challenge.
