Low-Calorie Iced Coffee Recipes
LIQUID CALORIES ADD UP, and can make or break your summer fitness goals.
If you've been following Sweat Inspire Sisterhood this month on social media or reading our weekly email, you've noticed we've been talking a lot about coffee and sharing some of my favorite recipes for home and at the coffee shop...which may seem odd for a fitness brand
But here's why:
A: I LOVE coffee and would sign up for an IV drip of it at this point of motherhood with a 7 month old
B: I want to remind you that when you have fitness goals, what you eat and drink is as important as the workouts you do.
If coffee is part of your daily routine, those calories can add up over the course of a week or month. Time and again with my clients, I've seen them in shock at the number of calories in their favorite coffee creamer or flabbergasted by the recommended portion sizes of their drinks.
With simple switches like using a premixed protein shake instead of creamer or swapping your favorite syrup flavors for sugar free, you can set yourself up for faster results and better nutrition for your body.
I recommend having a couple of go-to, low-cal drinks you keep in your rotation so you can still get your caffeine fix without derailing your goals Start with a few of my favorite at-home, flavorful coffee recipes here:
