Doesn't it feel like spring and summer bring out a brand new you when the temps are warmer and the sun is shining? I love to spend as much time outside when the weather allows, for both work and play

  • Pool time with my adorable nieces

  • Grilling

  • Vacations

  • Mule-sippin on the patio

  • Block parties with the neighbors

  • Walks with my little fam

I feel like there's just an energy and excitement that makes everything fun and lively when we enter these months in the Midwest.

As the days get warmer, our lives get busier, and the there are so many reasons to not make time for yourself or your nutrition.

But girl, trust me when I say you can INTEGRATE your life AND wellness this season:

  • Take your run outside for intervals
