8 Healthier Coffee Drinks for Fall

 

It’s coffee o’clock every morning in my house!

I cannot start my day without a some of that good stuff. BUT what I can do without are the extra sugar and calories that are in many of my favorite drinks from local and chain coffee shops. That’s why this week I’m sharing some of my favorite lighter coffee recipes that you can order from any big name coffee company or small-town coffee shop to get your morning started or amp up your afternoon slump.

My personal favorite coffee drink is a Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew! The refreshing cold brew with the sweet cold foam is SO yummy that I knew I had to find a way to lighten it up so I can enjoy it on the daily.

When it comes to this delicious treat, ask for a grande cold foam cold brew with 1 pump pumpkin sauce and 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup in the cold foam with a splash of half and half to top it off! You will need to add this recipe to your phone, so you can order it wherever you go.

I should also add that this recipe can be created within the comfort of your own kitchen (can I get a HECK YES for less money spent too??). All you need is a milk frother that you can purchase from Amazon, Walmart, Target, or any store of your choosing. The frother creates the perfect foam topping for your coffee or cold brew.
