Booty Bands for Summer Workouts

What’s better than a home workout?

Oh, hey, um, it’s me, Erika, and I have a whole sisterhood dedicated to home workouts!

But even better than a home workout is an ANYWHERE workout!

I love these booty bands for a take-anywhere-do-anytime workout. These cuties are so on-brand for me (I love a good neutral!) but PopFlex has bands in so many great prints and resistances. I love that they are fabric-covered. Much more cozy than rubber resistance bands that pinch my skin!

  • Are much lighter weight

  • Are much more affordable

  • Take up much less space

  • Are so very versatile!

Even though they are lightweight and take up practically no space, they offer a LOT of resistance. 

The boo-tay is getting some ATTENTION this week, but you can use them for all-over toning.

A bent-knee kick is one of those compound exercises that is going get those glutes, but the core, back, and even shoulders are worked too!

You’ll feel the monster walk aaaalll through your hips and thighs. So important for stability. (And, bonus, look great in high-cut bikini bottoms!)

I put together a whole workout to demonstrate how to use these booty bands. No surprise here- if you print it out and hang it up, they will match the rockstar band set perfectly!
