5 Reasons the Scale isn't Budging

I know you know the feeling...you’re working out, you’re eating healthy, but no matter what you do, the scale will NOT budge! 

Sis, we’ve all been there, but don’t give up! This week, just for you, I made a list of reasons this may be happening and how you can change the course of action. 

One thing I constantly preach with my Sisters is focusing on your macronutrients. Do you use the My Fitness Pal app yet? If you don’t, download it for free today and get started. A good ratio to start with is 35% protein, 35% carbs, and 30% fats. Tracking these macronutrients in addition to eating a high protein diet will help increase your lean muscle tissue and in turn speed up your metabolism. 

I have been talking about nutrition a lot this week and look forward to hosting a nutrition workshop next week, but I’m telling you sis, get the My Fitness Pal app downloaded and start tracking your food!
